Valentine's Day Dinner For Two – Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce

Happy 5(One thousand)alentine's Solar day, you little lovers out at that place! Are you jubilant Valentine's Day with your lover or Galentine's Day with waffles and your all-time friend? I'thousand not really doing either. Considering instead, this weekend we go out for a Valentine's trip to Phoenix. We went to Phoenix last year in February and didn't have the best atmospheric condition (I mean, it was 60 degrees which was still warmer than Denver and I was out by the puddle anyways) but it looks like we will be greeted with mid seventy's temperatures and hopefully a hot air balloon ride. Speaking of lovers, our gym had a singles day over the weekend. About 30 people came and did workouts together then went out for drinks and getting to know each other. And watching the relationships and "relationships" go down has been magical. Gym lovers drama is the best thing ever to gossip about at our ladies potluck nights. I live for it.

But plenty nigh lovers. Let's talk about something Exciting…tomorrow! You know what tomorrow is?! The launch of my new leggings line!! In case you missed it in Nov, I came out with my start pair of leggings. And since those first pair did so well, I teamed upwardly with 4 Athletics again to come up out with Half dozen NEW PAIRS of leggings!! I've been sharing sneak peeks of the leggings on my instagram story throughout the week, simply tomorrow is the official launch date! These leggings will only be bachelor for 20 days and then the campaign will cease and they will go to impress and into your hands!

Later the first pair of leggings launched, we took everyone's feedback and improve this next circular. They are thicker, a dissimilar fabric, and they are also a unlike mode. I personally like having all sorts of different style leggings on hand and these vi pairs have something to offer for everyone out in that location! Filet Mignon with Béarnaise Sauce

  • 2 bundles of multicolored carrots, peeled
  • ii tablespoons high rut avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 filet mignon
  • table salt, to gustation

For the béarnaise sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • ii tablespoons cherry wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup melted ghee
  • ane teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place peeled carrots on a blistering canvas and toss in loftier oestrus avocado oil, salt and some garlic pulverization, to gustation. Place in oven to roast for 25-30 minutes, depending on how yous like your carrots (I like mine pretty burnt).

  3. I accept recently become obsessed with avocado oil! The high quality cold pressed stuff really handles high heat well. I used to utilize olive oil for everything considering i don't actually like the taste of coconut oil, only i found out that it was creating a lot of toxins and free-radicals when i bring it upward to the high heat used to cook most things. SO happy to have fabricated this little swap out and happy to run into it used here every bit well 🙂

  6. I am so damn pumped to get my hands on some leggings. I just returned 2 pair of Nike because fabric was shit ane and sweat showed horribly on the other. I merely started a bootcamp and am in need of some additional pairs. I love the geometric, the bright pink and the ii yous showed today. Eek!

  8. I CANNOT expect for your leggings! The final 2 with the pockets are my favorite. What size practice you vesture in them for reference? Currently 7 months pregnant and the high waisted leggings are the best! Tin can't make up one's mind if I desire the desert rose or hunter green, peradventure both.
